"My experience working at the writing centre has been both fun and enlightening. Having an interest in reading and writing, I enjoy reading the many creative ways in which the students write. I get exposed to diverse perspectives everyday. While providing feedback, I often find myself relating to their position and the problems I myself faced in my earlier semesters at University. Through the shared experience, the student and I are often able to identify the areas that need improvement, and I'm able to share the methods I used in my early academic years to improve my writing. It is always a delight to see students bring back their improved drafts!"

"In my role as a writing consultant, I find immense satisfaction in guiding students through the intricacies of their writing projects. Over the past two years at the writing centre, I've had the privilege of witnessing the rich tapestry of diversity as students from various backgrounds share their unique perspectives through their written work. It's truly rewarding to foster an environment where these dynamic experiences come to life on paper, creating a vibrant and inclusive space for expression and learning. As I celebrate diversity, students coming from plethora of background show dynamic aspects of experiences by penning down."

"I am Ghafeela Sohail, working part-time as the senior consultant at ACCW. At the Ardeshir Cowasjee Writing Centre, my experience has been fulfilling that has helped me not only guide but also learn from a diverse category of students. The past year has led to several insightful interactions with students and back and forth movement of ideas and provided me with a chance to help others improve and enhance their written expression. Each piece of writing is as unique as each student. Getting the chance to coordinate with students through consultations to reach their full writing potential is a task I love doing each day."
